The Mirador de Iguala Apartment is an accommodation located in front of the port of Valle Gran Rey that has two double bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and a bathroom. It is a comfortable apartment with an elevator located on the first floor of the Aremoga Building with full accessibility from the street. It is equipped with everything you need to fully enjoy the magic of the Island of La Gomera, ideal for your vacations, days of rest or for teleworking.

In its surroundings there are all types of shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. and a wide range of restaurants where you can taste, among others, Canarian cuisine, highlighting the freshly caught fish from the area.

Next to the apartment there are car rental services, as well as an excellent rental service for equipment for practicing water sports (kayaks, paddle surf boards, boats...) as well as bicycles and enjoying the wide and interesting network of trails that the island of La Gomera has.

Given its location in front of the port, it is very convenient to access from the sea through the services offered by the Fred Olsen Express shipping company, connecting San Sebastián de la Gomera with Valle Gran Rey through a trip lasting less than an hour. with a fast ferry that borders the southern coast of the island.

MODIFYING A BOOKING:

REGARDING THE ADMISSION OF ANIMALS:

  1. We love animals, but we are NOT allowed to admit ANY TYPE OF ANIMAL or PET.

TERMS OF USE:

  1. The person in whose name the booking has been made must be at least 21 years of age. At the time of booking, you must specify the number of people who will use the accommodation, which must never exceed the number booked. The capacity of the accommodation can never be exceeded, except with children under 2 years of age who sleep in a cot. In case this rule is not respected, the owner is allowed to vacate the apartment without the client being entitled to any financial compensation.
  2. The guest who makes the reservation and who signs the documents at the entrance is personally responsible for the behavior of all guests accompanying him.
  3. The client expressly acknowledges that the contracted accommodation does not and will not constitute their habitual residence, holding only a right to use it during the contracted period.

ENTRANCE FEES (Check-in):

  1. Check-in will be guaranteed from 14.00 hrs. In the days prior to your arrival, we will send you an e-mail with the necessary instructions for your entry to the apartment (collection of keys, address of the meeting point, contact telephone numbers, etc.). In order for our staff to be attentive on the day of your arrival and not to keep you waiting, it is essential that you previously inform us of your arrival time and ship or flight details (the latter if any). By regulation, we must check in guests at the time of check-in, so each of the people staying must provide their identity document (national identity card or passport). To facilitate this process and make it faster and more convenient for both parties, we will send you a link by email beforehand with a form where you can easily send us your personal data. In case we do not receive this data previously, we must do so upon arrival at the accommodation.


SALIDAS (Check-out):

  1. On the day of your departure, you must leave the apartment before 12 noon. ( In case you need to check-out later than 12 noon in the morning contact us )
  2. The apartment must be in good condition.
  3. We would be grateful if you could remove the rubbish and deposit it in the containers closest to the accommodation.
  4. Before you leave, please check that you do not have any belongings left in the accommodation. Seaviewcanarias is not responsible for them nor does it guarantee their recovery.


RULES DURING YOUR STAY:

  1. Due to the fact that the apartment is located inside a building that coexists with more neighbors, tranquility and respect with them must be maintained at all times. From 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m., no noise can be made, the music must be at a low volume and the entire voice must be adequate so as not to disturb the neighbors.
  2. Parties inside the apartment are NOT ALLOWED, being strictly prohibited. Public scandal or inappropriate conduct that disturbs rest and coexistence with neighbors will result in immediate expulsion regardless of the time of day or night. This also means the loss of rent without any right to compensation.
  3. Any irregularities and/or deficiencies that the client may find in the rented property must be reported as soon as possible and always during the stay. We will solve the anomaly as soon as possible.
  4. It is the client's responsibility to leave the property in the same state in which it was found, answering for all those damages and impairments produced by the negligent action.
  5. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Yes in outdoor areas (balconies and/or terraces).
  6. Please do not throw things into the street from terraces, balconies or interior courtyards of the building.
  7. It is forbidden to hang clothes or towels on windows or balconies. The accommodation has a portable or fixed drying rack.
  8. If a key is lost or stolen, please report it as soon as possible. The penalty for a lost key is €25.
  9. Towels are for hygienic use in the apartment: They should not be used as a beach towel or rag for cleaning.
  10. For bookings of more than 7 nights, we will make a change of sheets and towels at no additional cost.
  11. For your safety, always lock doors, windows and access to terraces. We do not assume any responsibility for loss, theft or misplacement of guests' personal belongings (documentation, money, jewelry, mobile phones, laptops, tablets, etc.).
  12. Use your utilities responsibly and help avoid wasting energy and unnecessary consumption by making sure lights and electrical appliances are turned off and water taps are turned off every time you leave the property.
  13. Refrain from throwing away anything that could contaminate or clog the building's pipes.
  14. During your stay, empty the rubbish and dispose of it in the nearest rubbish bins. In the accommodation there is a map indicating the nearest points. We ask you to contribute to recycling, our natural environment will thank you.
