Mirador de Roja Penthouse Apartment

The Mirador de Roja Penthouse Apartment is located in the pedestrian area of Médano in the center of town, it has two bedrooms, one double and one small with a trundle bed suitable for children, living room, kitchen, a bathroom and terrace with fabulous views. views of the sea and the Red Mountain.

Its privileged location next to Playa Chica and a two-minute walk from the main square of Médano, a meeting point for a wide variety of cultural and leisure activities for much of the year, should be highlighted. From the square begins a promenade, mostly made of wood, which runs parallel to the Leocadio Machado beach for almost two kilometers to the base of the Red Mountain, cataloged as a Protected Natural Space.

El Médano has all kinds of services, shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, and school and equipment rental establishments for water sports such as windsurfing, kitesurfing, stand up paddle, etc.

One detail to keep in mind is that the penthouse is located on the third floor without an elevator, so it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

PAY:

  • To confirm the reservation, a card charge of 10% of the total amount will be made online through a secure server.

  • The rest will be paid upon arrival at the accommodation in cash or by card through the payment gateway.

CANCELLATION:

  • In case of cancellation of the reservation, the SEAVIEWCANARIAS cancellation policy is as follows:

  • If the reservation is canceled within 48 hours of making the reservation, no charges will be made and the 10% charged at the time of reservation will be refunded.

  • If the reservation is canceled more than 30 days before the arrival date, the establishment does not return the 10% already charged on the day I made the reservation.

  • If the reservation is canceled within 30 days of your arrival date or if you do NOT show up, 60% of the entire stay will be charged.

CHILDREN:

  • Children under 3 years old will stay free.

ADMISSION OF ANIMALS:

  • We love animals, but we are NOT allowed to admit ANY KIND OF ANIMAL or PETS.

TERMS OF USE:

  • The person in whose name the reservation has been made must be over 21 years of age. At the time of booking you must specify the number of people who will use the accommodation, which should never be greater than the reserved number. The capacity of the accommodation can never be exceeded, except with children under 2 years of age who sleep in a cot. In the event that this rule is not respected, the property is authorized to vacate the apartment without the client being entitled to any financial compensation.

  • The guest who makes the reservation and who signs the documents at the entrance is personally responsible for the behavior of all the guests who accompany him.

  • The client expressly acknowledges that the contracted accommodation does not constitute and will not constitute his habitual residence, holding only a right to use it during the contracted period.

CHECK-IN:

  • Entry into the apartment (Check-in) will be guaranteed after 2:00 p.m. In the days prior to your arrival, we will send you an e-mail with the necessary instructions for entering the apartment (key collection, address of the meeting point, contact telephone numbers, etc.). So that our staff is attentive on the day of their arrival and not make them wait, it is essential that you previously inform us of your arrival time and boat or flight details (the latter if any). By regulation, we must register guests at the time of check-in, Therefore, each of the people staying must provide their identity document (national identity document or passport). To facilitate this process and make it faster and more comfortable for both parties, we will send you a link with a form by email in advance where you can easily send us your personal data. In the event that we do not receive this data previously, we must do so upon arrival at the accommodation.

 CHECK-OUT:

  • On the day of your departure, you must leave the apartment before 12 noon. (If you need to check out later than 12 noon, contact us)

  • The apartment must be left in good condition.

  • We would appreciate it if you would remove the rubbish and deposit it in the containers closest to the accommodation.

  • Before leaving, please check that no belongings are left in the accommodation. Seaviewcanarias is not responsible for them nor does it guarantee their recovery.

RULES DURING YOUR STAY:

  • Because the apartment is located within a building that coexists with more neighbors, tranquility and respect for them must be maintained at all times. From 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m., no noise can be made, the music must be at a low volume and the voice level must be adequate so as not to disturb the neighbors.

  • Parties inside the apartment ARE NOT ALLOWED and are strictly prohibited. Public scandal or inappropriate behavior that disturbs rest and coexistence with neighbors will result in immediate expulsion without taking into consideration the time of day or night. This also means loss of rent without any right of compensation.

  • Irregularities and/or deficiencies that the client may find in the rented property must be reported as soon as possible and always during the stay. We will solve the anomaly as soon as possible.

  • It is the client's responsibility to leave the property in the same state in which it was found, being responsible for all damages and losses caused by negligent action.

  • Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Yes in outdoor areas (balconies and/or terraces).

  • Please do not throw things into the street from terraces, balconies or interior patios of the building.

  • It is prohibited to hang clothes or towels on windows or balconies. The accommodation has a portable or fixed clothesline.

  • If a key is lost or stolen, please report it as soon as possible. The penalty for lost key is €25.

  • Towels are for hygienic use in the apartment: They should not be used as a beach towel or cleaning cloth.

  • For reservations longer than 7 nights, we will change sheets and towels at no additional cost.

  • For your safety, always lock doors, windows and access to terraces. We do not assume any responsibility for loss, theft or misplacement of guests' personal property (documentation, money, jewelry, cell phones, laptops, tablets, etc.).

  • Make responsible use of supplies and help avoid wasting energy and unnecessary consumption by ensuring that lights and electrical appliances are turned off and water taps are turned off every time you leave the accommodation.

  • Refrain from throwing away any item that could contaminate or clog the property's pipes.

  • During your stay, empty your trash and place it in the nearest trash containers. In the accommodation there is a map indicating the closest points. Please contribute to recycling, our natural environment will thank you.
